I'm not getting credit for a video I watched

Check your Completion tab. You must watch for the duration, and and the video positionend near the vedeo's ending - Last Position.
While you may watch in sessions (not recommended) the total time should be close to the video's duration
A session with a red x is not counted. This means you missed a 'secret qusestion' or attendance prompt
Your session may have dropped and resumed later - the video buffers. This may ocur if your connection has dropped for a short time.

How can I get my Certificate of Compleltion?

Check your Completion Status. If you have completed the videos there will be a link at the bottom.

I can't log in

Make sure your emial and pasword are correct.

You can rest your password using a link in the log-in box. Look for our re-set email in all folders, includng spam and trash
Restart your device
